We accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, and Aetna insurance plans.

Insurance

We can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential partial or full reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Our private pay rate is $185 for a 50 minute session.

  • You’ll need a device (computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone) with a working camera and microphone, a strong and reliable internet connection, and a private space where you feel comfortable talking with your therapist.

    You will not need to download any platform to attend sessions. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a secure link to join your session. At the time of your appointment, simply click the link from your device to enter the session.

  • Yes! We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant, encrypted platform to conduct virtual visits. Sessions are never recorded or stored.

  • Research has shown that virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy! Many clients find that being in their own environment helps them to feel more comfortable opening up during sessions.

  • The first session is an opportunity for you and your therapist to get to know one another! You will talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain from the process, and discuss any questions you may have.

    The first session is usually around 60 minutes long, with subsequent sessions being 50-55 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, but the frequency will be adjusted based on your personal needs and goals.

  • Many people come to their first session simply knowing that something feels difficult or overwhelming. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy - your therapist will help guide the conversation and support you in exploring what’s been going on.

  • Therapy can support individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and difficulties with self-esteem or emotional regulation. Even if you're not sure how to put what you're experiencing into words, therapy can provide a space to explore and understand it.
