Rates and Insurance
We accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Aetna, and Priority Health insurance plans.
Insurance
We can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential partial or full reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Out-of-Network
Private Pay
Our private pay rate is $185 for a 50 minute session.
Sliding scale options may be available for temporary economic hardship.

You’ll need a device (computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone) with a working camera and microphone, a strong and reliable internet connection, and a private space where you feel comfortable talking with your therapist.
You will not need to download any platform to attend sessions. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a secure link to join your session. At the time of your appointment, simply click the link from your device to enter the session.

Yes! We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant, encrypted platform to conduct virtual visits. Sessions are never recorded or stored.

Research has shown that virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy! Many clients find that being in their own environment helps them to feel more comfortable opening up during sessions.

The first session is an opportunity for you and your therapist to get to know one another! You will talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain from the process, and discuss any questions you may have.
The first session is usually around 60 minutes long, with subsequent sessions being 50-55 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, but the frequency will be adjusted based on your personal needs and goals.
